Suit Yourself was established in Edmonton in 2001. Donations of new and gently-worn business attire are distributed free of charge to local women facing barriers to securing employment, or making a transition into the workforce.
Clients are referred from a variety of social service agencies, training centers or employment programs. Volunteers act as style coaches to assist clients in selecting clothing appropriate for job interviews and employment opportunities. Over 2,000 volunteer hours are logged each year as Suit Yourself assists women in their employment journey.

Have a reusable tote bag you no longer need? We welcome donations of clean tote bags in any size, shape, colour, or material.
Many of our styled clients travel by bus, train, walking, cycling, or rideshare, so having a sturdy bag makes it easier and more comfortable to take home their new professional clothing and accessories. A donated tote bag helps protect their garments and gives them a practical, reusable way to carry their items . Every bag makes a difference.
