Charitable Contributions to Suit Yourself
Your generosity helps Suit Yourself empower women in our community by supporting the operational and administrative work that makes our programs possible. Every contribution big or small directly helps us continue providing confidence, dignity, and opportunity to women in need.
Suit Yourself is a registered charity and provides tax receipts for all donations $25 or greater.
WAYS TO DONATE
Cheque or Money Order — We accept both donations via cheque and money order by mail.
Credit Card Donations — Can be made through the Canada Helps website.
Gift Cards — We accept financial donations in the form of gift cards from appropriate retailers, which are used to purchase items for our day-to-day operations. Gift cards may also be used as prizes in our annual Afternoon Tea, and Golf Tournament.You may mail gift cards to our office.
Gifts & In-Kind Donations — We welcome in-kind donations such as items, services, or experiences that support our fundraising and community events. These may include silent auction or raffle items, event décor or supplies and professional services or unique experiences. If you’re interested in donating goods or services for an upcoming event, please contact us in advance so we can ensure your donation is a good fit and provide the appropriate acknowledgment.

Become a Member of our Golden Hanger Club
With an annual donation of as little as $100, you’ll receive a tax receipt for $100 and a Golden Hanger pin.
Corporate members require a minimum donation of $250, a receipt for the $250 annual membership fee along with three Golden Hanger pins.
Become a continuous donor
In addition to one-time donations, you can become a continuous donor by setting up recurring monthly donation. Monthly giving provides steady, reliable support that allows us to plan ahead and serve more women throughout the year. Giving Tuesday
You can also support Suit Yourself during national giving campaigns such as Giving Tuesday Co-Funded by CanadaHelps, an annual global day of generosity that makes a powerful difference for local charities like ours.
Donate a Car
Suit Yourself is proud to partner with Donate-a-Car Canada. If you have a vehicle to donate, you can do so on behalf of Suit Yourself. Proceeds will go to Suit Yourself to support operations. Suit Yourself will provide a tax receipt.

Matching donations
Double your impact through matching donations at our events and fundraising initiatives. Individuals, corporate partners and sponsors may match contributions made during special events, campaigns, or peer-to-peer fundraisers sometimes dollar for dollar or more. Matching gifts allow every donation to go even further, helping Suit Yourself empower more women with confidence, dignity, and opportunity.
